Computer Reimaging is basically wiping the hard drive and reinstalling windows. This process can be a long process depending on the type of machine and operating system it has. Because of the wide variety machines out in the market, you must provide the Operating system software that comes with your machine when you purchase it. If you have purchased a new operating system since the system was purchased, we will need that also.
