Project Management - We fight for the little guys.  An IT deployment of any kind can be scary.  A business owner’s biggest fear is losing their data.  The Technicians for Think Small Group have experience in many facets of project management for large corporations, and for small businesses just like yours.  Whether it is a 500 machine upgrade/deployment of a new operating system, or upgrading your QuickBooks data file to the new version, Think Small has successfully done both and most things in between.

Our unique billing method:

Well, I have to admit that there is nothing special to our billing method. We feel it is the most logical for small businesses; however it is unique because you don't see service handled this way very often.

We only bill for the work that is provided. TSG will provide your business with detailed invoices that explains the service provided, when, how long, and how much. This way your company knows the level of service it needs and does not have to pay for the down time.
